Our 5-week initial training program is split between 26 hours in a classroom and 200 hours on the job. Here Owners will learn everything they need to know about owning a Tin Drum franchise!
Hiring and Staff
In addition to training our Owners, the support team will also help Owners train their staff on everything they need to know about making the dishes and working at a Tin Drum Asian Kitchen!
Business Consultant
After opening, all Franchise Owners are assigned a Franchise Business Consultant who visits monthly and provides strategies for improvement and growth.
On-demand Video Library
Franchise Owners will also have access to a complete video training library on every position and in the restaurant and how to prepare each menu item that they can view at any time.
Field Support
Our corporate support team will be onsite at the new Owner’s location for 2 weeks during the grand opening to ensure that the entire staff is primed for a successful launch.
